| Returns policy |
| All booksellers may return overstock within six months of purchase. Please phone us for authorization and return address. Books returned for credit must be shipped at the customer’s expense. A packing slip with complete customer information must accompany all returns – include name, account number, address, invoice numbers and dates. Please pack carefully so books are not damaged in shipment. Any returned merchandise that is shopworn or damaged in transit will not receive credit. Ship returns to National Mailing, 535 Brennan St, San Jose, CA 95131 ATTN: Noon Books. |

| Claims |
| Claims for short shipments, damages, or other mis-shipments must be submitted in writing within 30 days of invoice. Please include a photocopy of the original invoice. Any damaged books must be returned within 30 days for a full credit. Please return packing slip indicating that the merchandise was received in damaged condition. |

| Shipping and Handling |
| All prices are FOB San Jose. We use FedEx or UPS ground unless you give us different instructions. Customers wishing to ship using their own shipping account should give us this information when ordering. Every effort will be made to ship all orders placed before 2PM that same day. We are happy to ship smaller orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and all other territories using Priority Post Flat rate boxes to keep shipping costs down. |
